Full job descriptionOur client, a prestigious independent estate agency based in a prime North West London location, is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join its established and friendly team.
Working alongside a team of experienced Property Managers, you will be responsible for managing a high-end residential property portfolio, delivering exceptional customer service to landlords, tenants and contractors while ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of each property.

Key Responsibilities:
*Management of a high-end residential portfolio
*Managing tenant relationships
*Carrying out property inspections
*Overseeing property maintenance and coordinating repairs with contractors
*Upholding tenancy agreements and addressing disputes effectively
*Rent collection, ensuring timely payments
*Manage property finances, including income and expenses
*Ensure compliance with tenancy deposit schemes and other legal requirements
*Keeping abreast with relevant legislation and regulations
Required Skills and Experience:
*Demonstrated experience in property management, ideally within a high-end residential environment
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*A proactive problem solver with a customer-focused approach
*Proficient in property management software
*ARLA qualification (desirable)
