Due to continued growth and investment, a new team is being created to support the next stage of the business journey. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to develop a long-term career within financial services and become part of a supportive, client-focused organisation.
*Supporting with day-to-day administration
*Processing new and existing client business
*Liaising with providers to obtain information and updates
*Preparing client packs and documentation ahead of meetings
*Producing valuations and maintaining accurate client records
*Preparing client correspondence and supporting adviser processes
*Responding to client and provider queries via telephone and email
*Ensuring all required documentation is accurate and compliant
*Supporting meeting preparation and follow-up activity
We?re looking for someone with:
*Strong administration skills and excellent attention to detail
*A professional and client-focused approach
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
*The ability to organise workloads and manage priorities
Previous experience within financial services would be advantageous, but we would also welcome applications from strong administrators with experience in customer service, banking, pensions or other regulated sectors.
