Full job descriptionWe are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity with an established independent optical practice based in Altrincham.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering a personal, high-quality customer experience and has a passion for eyewear, style and helping clients find the right solutions for their needs.
The role will involve:
? Welcoming clients and providing a first-class customer experience
? Managing appointments and supporting the wider optical team
? Assisting with pre-screening and general administrative tasks
? Advising clients on frame styles, lenses and coatings
? Helping with spectacle fitting and adjustments
? Supporting contact lens care and general eye care guidance
? Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring the practice environment remains organised


We?re open to speaking with:
? Experienced Optical Assistants
? Dispensing Opticians
? Candidates with strong retail/customer service experience looking to move into optics
? Someone with an interest in content creation and social media who can support the practice?s online presence
