Job Description
*Manage and grow relationships with new and existing customers, including contractors and distribution partners.
*Identify new business opportunities and increase sales within your assigned region.
*Prepare quotations and convert opportunities into profitable orders.
*Work closely with the external sales team to win new business and support customer growth.
*Maintain accurate CRM records, provide sales forecasts, and deliver excellent customer service.


Internal Account Executive
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
*Over 2 years of experience in internal sales or account management, ideally within the M&E, building services, pump, or merchant sectors.
*Good technical understanding of pumping systems engineered products, or clean water and heating systems.
*Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills with a commercial mindset.
*Confident using CRM systems to manage customer relationships and sales pipelines.
*Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
