Join a Leading Property Maintenance Team - Temp to Perm
Are you a skilled Multi Trade Operative looking for a varied role where no two days are the same? We are seeking an experienced tradesperson to deliver high-quality repairs, maintenance works, void property refurbishments, and property inspections across a diverse housing portfolio.
The Role
As a Multi Trade Operative, you will undertake a range of maintenance and repair tasks, working across your primary trade while supporting with additional trade skills when required. You’ll be responsible for completing work efficiently, safely, and to a high standard, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
Key duties include:
*Carrying out responsive repairs, planned maintenance, void works and property inspections
*Diagnosing faults and completing repairs across multiple trades
*Managing materials and ensuring stock levels are maintained
*Accurately updating job information using handheld technology
*Ensuring all work complies with health and safety requirements
*Delivering excellent customer service and maintaining professional standards
*Working independently while supporting apprentices and colleagues when required
*Completing jobs right first time and meeting agreed appointments
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
*NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds qualification, or equivalent experience in a recognised trade
*Strong experience within property maintenance, repairs, or the construction industry
*Multi-skilled trade experience with the ability to undertake a variety of maintenance tasks
*Good understanding of health and safety legislation
*Excellent organisation and time management skills
*Strong communication and customer service skills
*Ability to work independently and use initiative
*Full UK driving licence
For Electrical Candidates:
*18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification
*City & Guilds 2391 Testing & Inspection qualification
*Experience carrying out electrical repairs and testing in line with current regulations
Desirable:
*Current CSCS Card
