Job Description:
Full job descriptionTemporary Receptionist (Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm)
Must be available for the duration of August and able to commute to the centre of Oxford via public transport. (Parking is very limited)
*Greeted visitors and provided a professional, friendly first point of contact.
*Issued and collected visitor passes in line with site procedures.
*Answered and directed incoming telephone calls promptly and courteously.
*Responded to general reception enquiries and provided administrative support.
*Maintained a polite, professional, and welcoming reception environment at all times.
