The role of the Estimator - Roofing will involve:
*Estimator position producing estimates for a range of roofing and cladding solutions
*Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for projects in line with client requirements
*Actively seek opportunities for business development, fostering new client relationships
*Generate timely and well-structured quotes to meet customer demands
*Managing the inbox and monitoring responses for potential projects and client enquiries
*Monitoring ongoing projects from a cost perspective
*Working on projects ranging from £5k - £300k
The ideal applicant will be an Estimator - Roofing experience with:
*Must have estimating experience within construction
*Must have experience with CAD
*Ideally have experience within roofing
*Must be IT literate
*Strong commercial acumen
*Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
*Excellent analytical and numerical skills
*Proactive and motivated individual with strong commercial awareness
