Salary: £26,000-£28,000
Hours: 9:00am – 5:30pm weekdays, plus 1 in 3 Saturdays until 1:00pm


A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and motivated Lettings Negotiator to join a highly regarded independent estate agency in Sutton Coldfield.
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a successful and busy office with a strong local reputation, excellent stock levels, and a supportive team environment.
The role will involve registering applicants, arranging and conducting viewings, negotiating lets, generating new business, and delivering a high level of customer service throughout the lettings process.

Key Responsibilities
*Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties
*Arranging and conducting property viewings
*Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants
*Generating new business opportunities
*Building strong relationships with landlords and applicants
*Managing enquiries both over the phone and face-to-face
*Working towards individual and team targets


Ideal Candidate
*Previous estate agency or lettings experience preferred
*Confident and well presented
*Strong communication and customer service skills
*Target driven and motivated
*Full UK driving license preferred
