We’re looking for a Financial Services Administrator to join a friendly, professional financial planning team. This is a fantastic opportunity to become an integral part of a business that values exceptional service, teamwork and personal development.
You’ll be at the heart of the client journey, supporting advisers, coordinating annual reviews and ensuring every case is handled smoothly and efficiently from start to finish.
What you’ll be doing
Managing annual review appointments and client communications
Preparing reports and client documentation
Maintaining accurate client records and processing updates
Liaising with providers and progressing Letters of Authority
Supporting investment withdrawals and death claim administration
Keeping workflows on track while ensuring FCA compliance
What you’ll bring
*Previous administration experience
*Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills
*Confidence using Microsoft Office
*A proactive, positive and client-focused approach
Bonus points if you have:
*Financial services experience
*Knowledge of pensions, investments or financial planning
*Experience working in an FCA-regulated environment
*CRM or back-office system experience
