Full job descriptionClass 2 HGV Driver - Building MaterialsLocation: Angerstein, Greenwich
Pay Rate:£16.82 per hour
Shift: 6:00am start - 9-hour shifts
Job Type: Full-time, Temporary to Permanent
Pay: Weekly
Duties*Deliver building materials safely to construction sites and customer locations.
*Collect building materials from sites and return them to the depot when required.
*Carry out daily vehicle safety checks and report any defects.
*Load, unload and ensure building materials are safely secured before transport.
*Complete delivery paperwork accurately and on time.
*Provide excellent customer service while representing the company professionally.
*Follow all Driver Hours, Tachograph and Health & Safety regulations.
Requirements*Valid Class 2 (Category C) HGV licence.
*Valid Driver CPC qualification.
*Valid Digital Tachograph Card.
*No more than 6 penalty points.
*No DR, DD or IN endorsements.
*Previous Class 2 driving experience preferred.
*Good knowledge of London and surrounding areas.
*Physically fit with a positive, reliable attitude.
