Remote – Hertfordshire/Essex ideal for some onsite meetings.
Up to £55,000 | 24 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays | Healthcare, Pension, Phone & Laptop
We are looking for a commercially minded Finance Business Partner or Management Accountant to work closely with Senior Finance Business Partner on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
Working closely with Finance, Commercial, and Operational teams, you will provide insight into revenue, gross margin, project performance, and cashflow, helping drive informed decision-making and profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities
*Analyse revenue, gross margin, and project performance.
*Support Cost to Complete (CTC), forecasting, and cashflow reporting.
*Partner with operational managers to explain variances and provide commercial insight.
*Monitor WIP, debtors, invoicing, and revenue recognition in line with FRS 102.
*Produce forecasts, KPI dashboards, and performance reporting.
*Support process improvements and business transformation initiatives.
About You
*ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified/finalist.
*Minimum 2 years’ experience in Finance Business Partnering, Management Accounting, or a similar role.
*Strong Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting.
*SQL and macro experience desirable.
*Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships across operational and commercial teams.
