Key Duties and Responsibilities:
*Handle and book ocean freight shipments
*Monitor shipments to provide an end-to-end service to customers
*Build and maintain strong customer relationships
*Ensure documentation and communication are accurate


Skills and Experience:
*Desire to start a career within shipping and logistics
*Strong communication skills both written and verbal
*Excellent organisational skills
*A brief understanding of shipping and logistics
