Due to continued growth, a new opportunity has arisen within a very well-established firm of IFAs for a T&C Supervisor / Training Manager. Flexible working culture.
Your new role
Providing T&C training, coaching and development to advisers, including observations, reviews, 1-1’s in line with the company’s T&C guide through the induction process up to sign off. This includes identifying training needs, implementing development plans, providing support to new and experienced advisers with their sales skills, business discussions, making recommendations. d.
What you’ll need to succeed
Proven experience of working with advisers in a similar role.
