Help Young Learners Take Their First Steps into Education
Hays Education is working with a number of primary schools across Ashford that are looking to recruit enthusiastic and nurturing Reception Teachers to join their teams.Whether you’re an Early Career Teacher looking to build your experience in Early Years or an experienced EYFS practitioner seeking a new opportunity, we have a variety of roles available across supportive and welcoming school communities.

The Role
As a Reception Teacher, you’ll play a key role in helping children settle into school life and develop the confidence, curiosity and skills that will support them throughout their educational journey.You’ll create a stimulating and engaging learning environment, deliver creative activities in line with the EYFS Framework and support pupils’ academic, social and emotional development. Every day brings the opportunity to inspire young learners and help them develop a lifelong love of learning.Opportunities are available on both a long-term and flexible supply basis.

We’re Looking for Teachers Who:
*Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or are working towards it
*Have experience teaching within EYFS or Reception
*Possess a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework
*Can create engaging and inclusive learning experiences
*Are passionate about supporting children’s development through their early years
*Build strong relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues
*Bring creativity, energy and a nurturing approach to the classroom
