Full job descriptionREED Business Support in Bath is delighted to be working closely with a business in Bath in their search for a Temporary Administration Assistant.
This role is to cover sickness for initially 4 weeks but could be extended for a further 4 weeks
£13.25 per hour
9-5pm or 8-4pm
Car driver needed
To start ASAP
You will play a crucial role in preparing and maintaining notes and records. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to upholding high standards of accuracy and compliance.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
*Prepare and retrieve notes
*Maintain confidentiality and security of information
*Use electronic tracking systems to monitor the whereabouts of records and ensure they are returned
*File additional information and maintain records to a high standard
*Assist with the documentation and implementation of procedures within the administration team
*Address queries and liaise with staff regarding information held, delivering excellent customer service
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proficiency in computer skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
*Experience in a fast-paced office environment, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and targets
*Knowledge of confidentiality and data protection issues
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
