This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced real estate disputes lawyer to join a well established team focusing on high quality and complex matters.
What you’ll be doing:
In this role, you will proactively and independently manage a varies caseload of both residential and commercial property disputes including but not limited to:
*Advising on both freehold and leasehold issues
*Lease renewals, terminations and breaches of lease issues
*Non-payment of rent
*Forfeiture
*Dilapidations
*Easements including rights of way
*Trespassing and nuisance claims
*Title disputes
*Service charge disputes
*Land Registry and 1st tier tribunal applications
*Co-ownership disputes
Other responsibilities:
*Ensuring adherence to court and tribunal deadlines, with consistent attention to high-quality case management.
*Assessing claims, analysing the strengths and weaknesses of defences and counterclaims, and advising clients accordingly.
*Delivering training sessions and supporting the professional development of junior staff.
*Keeping clients informed through regular reporting and maintaining transparent communication throughout case progression.
*Contributing to business development efforts and supporting the growth of the practice.
