What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales Valuer / Lister:
*Manage a portfolio of residential properties, acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
*Carry out property inspections, coordinate maintenance works and oversee contractor performance
*Manage tenancy renewals, check-outs, rent arrears and ensure all compliance documentation remains up to date
*Respond promptly to maintenance issues and tenant enquiries, delivering a high standard of customer service
*Maintain accurate property records, tenancy documentation and communication logs
*Promote additional services including rent guarantee, mortgage and financial products where appropriate
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
*Previous experience in residential property management or a similar role within the property sector
*Strong understanding of current lettings legislation, compliance requirements and the Renters’ Rights reforms
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with landlords, tenants and contractors
*Highly organised with the ability to prioritise a busy and varied workload
*Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software
*Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
*Knowledge of the Basingstoke property market would be advantageous, although candidates with transferable skills and at least four years’ relevant experience from another sector will also be considered
