We are recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Controller to join a busy fleet operation. This role is responsible for coordinating vehicle maintenance, managing fleet compliance, investigating vehicle damage and accidents, and ensuring vehicles remain safe, roadworthy, and operational.
Key Responsibilities:
*Coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs, MOTs, and inspections
*Manage fleet compliance and maintenance schedules
*Investigate vehicle damage, defects, and accident reports
*Liaise with suppliers, garages, and contractors
*Review and challenge repair quotations and costs
*Support insurance and claims processes
*Maintain accurate records, reports, and fleet documentation
*Work closely with drivers to promote safety and compliance
