?? About the Role
As a VNA Operative, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the warehouse. You’ll be responsible for picking, packing, sorting and preparing stock for dispatch while maintaining exceptional standards of safety and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
*Complete all consignment paperwork accurately and on time.
*Pick, pack and prepare orders for dispatch.
*Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies and missing items.
*Carry out daily and weekly safety checks on warehouse equipment and work areas.
*Report and complete all relevant compliance documentation.
*Maintain excellent housekeeping standards throughout the warehouse.
*Work safely and follow all Health & Safety procedures.
*Support other departments when required to ensure operational efficiency.
?? What We’re Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience
? Previous warehouse experience
? Understanding of warehouse Health & Safety procedures
? Experience using stock management systems
? Valid FLT Licence (VNA experience desirable)
? Strong attention to detail and accuracy
? Ability to work effectively as part of a team
