Hays Education is working with a number of primary schools across Whitstable that are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Year 3 Teachers to join their teams.Whether you’re an Early Career Teacher looking to gain valuable Key Stage 2 experience or an experienced practitioner searching for a new opportunity, we have a range of roles available across supportive and welcoming school settings.

The Role
As a Year 3 Teacher, you’ll play an important role in helping pupils transition from Key Stage 1 into Key Stage 2. You’ll support children as they grow in confidence, develop greater independence and build upon the strong foundations established during their earlier years of learning.You’ll deliver engaging and creative lessons, foster a positive classroom environment and help pupils develop the skills, resilience and enthusiasm needed to thrive throughout Key Stage 2.Opportunities are available on both a long-term and flexible supply basis.

We’re Looking for Teachers Who:
*Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or are working towards it
*Have experience teaching within primary education, ideally Lower KS2
*Can deliver engaging and inspiring lessons across the curriculum
*Have strong classroom and behaviour management skills
*Are committed to supporting pupil progress and achievement
*Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues
*Bring enthusiasm, adaptability and a passion for teaching
