An established and highly regarded regional law firm in Berkshire is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, FCILEx, or Licensed Conveyancer to join its growing Residential Property team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a conveyancer who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and ambitious firm that values its people, offers long-term progression opportunities, and provides the opportunity to work on a high-quality caseload.
The RoleThe successful candidate will manage their own varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from initial instruction through to completion, handling a broad range of transactions including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and other residential property matters.
You will also play an important role within the wider team, providing support and guidance to colleagues, contributing to the continued growth of the department, and assisting with business development and networking activities to enhance the firm’s profile.
