A leading regional law firm with a highly regarded Tier 1 Legal 500 ranked Employment team is looking to appoint an ambitious Employment Solicitor / Associate to join its established practice in High Wycombe.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected and specialist employment team that advises a broad range of clients, including national organisations, international businesses, senior executives and high-profile individuals. The team is recognised for handling complex and high-value employment matters, providing strategic advice across both contentious and non-contentious issues.
The successful candidate will work on a varied caseload covering areas such as:
*Employment litigation and High Court claims
*Business reorganisations and restructures
*TUPE matters
*Discrimination and whistleblowing claims
*Contract disputes and restrictive covenants
*Senior executive advisory work
*General day-to-day employment support for corporate clients
You will be joining a collaborative, partner-led team known for its technical expertise, strong client relationships and ability to handle sophisticated employment matters across a range of sectors, including technology, insurance, automotive, renewable energy, higher education and professional services.
