Salary: £34,398 to £52,490 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
*Plan and deliver engaging and well-structured English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 desirable)
*Instil a passion for literature and language while developing students’ analytical and communication skills
*Monitor, assess, and report on student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback
*Contribute to curriculum development and share best practice within the English department

Requirements:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
*Experience teaching English in a UK secondary school
*Strong subject knowledge in English Language and Literature
*Effective classroom management and a commitment to maintaining high standards
