Zentar Healthcare is recruiting Staff Nurses (RGN/RMN) to support a mix of NHS wards and Mental Health services across Wales
We’re looking for nurses who are calm, clinically confident, and genuinely patient-focused professionals who want flexible, well-paid shifts with a team that communicates clearly and confirms quickly. Whether you’re an RGN seeking NHS ward work or an RMN looking for inpatient mental health shifts, we’ll align opportunities to your competencies and availability.

Key Responsibilities
*Deliver safe, high-quality care in line with the NMC Code
*Patient assessment, care planning, implementation and evaluation
*Medication administration and clinical documentation (site policy dependent)
*Monitor observations/vitals and respond promptly to changes
*Effective handovers, escalation of clinical concerns, MDT working
*Maintain infection prevention and control standards
Requirements
*Valid NMC PIN (RGN or RMN)
*Right to work in the UK
*Must have 6 months Hospitals experience working in the UK
*Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
*Strong communication, professionalism and reliability
