Hays Education is working with a number of primary schools across Tunbridge Wells that are looking to recruit enthusiastic and dedicated Year 6 teachers to join their teams.Whether you’re an experienced Upper Key Stage 2 practitioner or an Early Career Teacher looking to further develop your teaching career, we have a variety of opportunities available across supportive and welcoming school settings.

The Role
As a Year 6 Teacher, you’ll play a pivotal role in guiding pupils through the final year of primary school. You’ll support children as they prepare for the transition to secondary education, helping them build the confidence, resilience and independence needed for the next stage of their learning journey.You’ll deliver engaging and challenging lessons, support pupils in achieving their academic goals and create a classroom environment where pupils feel motivated, supported and ready to succeed.Opportunities are available on both a long-term and flexible supply basis.

We’re Looking for Teachers Who:
*Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or are working towards it
*Have experience teaching within Key Stage 2, ideally Upper KS2
*Can deliver engaging and inspiring lessons that challenge and motivate learners
*Have strong classroom and behaviour management skills
*Are committed to raising standards and supporting pupil achievement
*Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues
*Bring enthusiasm, professionalism and a passion for education
