Location: London Salary:
Up to £50,000 (dependent on experience)

ROLE SUMMARY
A top law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Legal PA to join its Corporate team in London. This is a support-focused role with no billing responsibilities, allowing you to concentrate fully on delivering high-level PA and secretarial support to partners and fee earners. You will take a lead role within the wider secretarial team, acting as a role model to less experienced colleagues while managing your own busy and varied workload.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SENIOR LEGAL PA
*Provide high-level, proactive support to partners and fee earners as a trusted advisor
*Act as a role model and mentor to less experienced members of the secretarial team, sharing knowledge and best practice
*Manage complex diaries, ensuring effective prioritisation and anticipation of upcoming needs
*Coordinate internal and external client meetings, including room bookings, catering, technical equipment and liaison with attendees
*Support fee earners with meeting organisation, including agenda preparation and collation of papers
*Oversee document production, ensuring accurate first drafts of all documents
*Arrange complex travel bookings, including flights, visas, accommodation, taxis and rental cars
*Assist with client functions, entertainment and seminars as required
*Work within the firm’s document management system (iManage)
*Support ad-hoc projects, including bundle management and team events
*Any other secretarial or administrative duties as required
*This role does not include billing or finance system administration, allowing full focus on partner and fee earner support
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
*Previous experience as a Secretary or PA within a professional services or legal environment
*Experience using document management systems
*Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
*Excellent diary management skills
*Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities
*Good verbal and written communication skills
*Sound judgement and problem-solving skills
*Experience delegating to and supporting less experienced team members
*A flexible, calm and can-do approach under pressure
