Description
*Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
*Implement and oversee system upgrades, patches, and security measures.
*Provide technical support and troubleshoot infrastructure-related issues.
*Monitor system performance and ensure compliance with industry standards.
*Collaborate with teams to design and implement infrastructure solutions.
*Create and maintain technical documentation for systems and processes.
*Ensure data backup and disaster recovery systems are in place and functional.
*Stay updated with advancements in technology relevant to the life science industry.
Profile
What we are looking for
*Strong experience in a senior infrastructure, cloud or technical lead role.
*Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID and Intune.
*Strong Windows Server, Active Directory and VMware experience.
*Solid understanding of enterprise networking, firewalls, VPNs and security.
*Experience leading infrastructure or cloud projects.
*Strong troubleshooting, documentation and communication skills.


Job Offer
*Permanent position based in Liverpool.
*5 days onsite in the office
*Salary ranging from £55,000 to £60,000, dependent on the level of experience.
