Salary: £35,000 - £41,600 DOE + Overtime Paid at Time & 1/3
Hours: Full-Time, 40 Hours per Week
An established precision engineering company based in Crayford, Kent, is seeking an experienced CNC Miller - Programmer, Setter and Operator to join its skilled manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a well-respected business producing high-quality precision components.
The RoleYou will be responsible for programming, setting and operating CNC milling machines, ensuring components are manufactured accurately and efficiently to customer specifications.
Key Responsibilities*Programming, setting and operating CNC milling machines
*Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
*Machining precision components to tight tolerances
*Using a range of measuring and inspection equipment
*Selecting and managing cutting tools
*Maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy and health & safety
Requirements*Proven experience as a CNC Miller Programmer, Setter and Operator
*Experience with Heidenhain controls would be advantageous
*Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
*Strong understanding of precision machining and tolerances
*Experience using measuring and inspection equipment
*Organised, reliable and safety-conscious approach to work
