North London – Onsite

What will you do as an International Shipping Coordinator
*Coordinate international export shipments by road, sea, air and courier
*Manage freight forwarders, customs brokers and carriers
*Prepared export documentation, including invoices and certificates of origin
*Ensure compliance with customs regulations and correct Incoterms
*Track international orders and resolve shipping issues
*Liaise with warehouses, 3PL partners and international distributors
What will you need to be an International Shipping Coordinator
*Strong analytical skills and intermittent excel user
*Experience working with freight forwarders and customs brokers
*Experience preparing export documentation
*Experience in Food or FMCG would be ideal
*Happy to be office based 5 days a week
