An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join a prestigious 4-star boutique hotel with an award-winning fine dining restaurant in the beautiful coastal town of Aldeburgh.
We are looking for a passionate and hands-on hospitality professional with experience in restaurant management, fine dining, or luxury hotel operations. You’ll lead the front-of-house team, ensure exceptional guest service, and play a key role in maintaining the high standards our guests expect.
Restaurant Manager Responsibilities
*Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
*Lead, coach, and motivate the front-of-house team.
*Deliver outstanding customer service and memorable guest experiences.
*Work closely with the Head Chef and senior management.
*Manage staffing levels, rotas, recruitment, and training.
*Monitor stock, ordering, and cost control.
*Ensure health & safety, food hygiene, and licensing regulations are followed.
*Drive service standards and continuously improve the guest experience.
Restaurant Manager Requirements
*Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager, or Food & Beverage Manager within a quality hotel or fine dining restaurant.
*Strong leadership and people management skills.
*Passion for delivering exceptional hospitality.
*Excellent organisational and communication skills.
*Good knowledge of food, wine, and premium service standards.
*A flexible approach to working evenings and weekends.
