A leading housing provider is seeking a skilled Plumber Multi to join its Responsive Repairs Team covering the Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole area.
Working across occupied residential properties, you’ll carry out a range of plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installations while delivering excellent customer service to residents.
Key responsibilities include:
*Plumbing repairs and maintenance
*Installation and replacement of sanitary ware, baths, shower trays and level-deck showers
*Kitchen sink installations
*Pipework installation including copper, push-fit, waste and rainwater systems
*Repair and replacement of taps, valves and associated fittings
*Water supply, drainage and heating system pipework repairs
*Installation and repair of domestic appliances including showers and washing machines
*Cold water storage tank maintenance and renewal
*Basic carpentry, plastering, tiling, decorating and general maintenance tasks as required


To be successful, you’ll need:
*NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (or equivalent), or at least 5 years’ relevant plumbing experience
*Experience working in occupied properties
*Strong customer service skills
*A good understanding of health and safety best practice
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Confidence using mobile technology such as tablets or PDAs
*Full UK driving licence with at least 1 year’s driving experience
Desirable:
*Unvented hot water qualification
*CSCS card
