*Prepare and manage financial forecasts, budgets, and models to aid business planning.
*Analyse financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
*Collaborate with stakeholders to improve financial performance and processes.
*Deliver monthly and quarterly financial reports for management review.
*Monitor key performance indicators and provide actionable recommendations.
*Support the preparation of board presentations and investor materials.
*Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
*Lead and develop a small team to achieve departmental goals.
Profile
A successful FP&A Manager should have:
*Proven experience in financial planning and analysis within a relevant industry.
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
*Proficiency in financial modelling and using financial software.
*Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to stakeholders.
*Professional qualifications in accounting or finance, such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
*A proactive and collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
Job Offer
*Salary dependent on the level of experience, ranging from £67,500 to £82,500.
*10% company pension contribution.
