Flexible Early Years Practitioners (Qualified) – Wandsworth



Pay: £12.50–£16.75 per hour
We are looking for flexible Early Years Practitioners to work across nurseries in the Wandsworth area, including Battersea, Balham, Putney, and Wandsworth Town. Supporting children aged 0–5 years, this role is perfect if you are looking for flexible shifts, a variety of settings, and competitive pay.


About the Early Years Practitioner Role:*Support children aged 0–5 in nursery settings
*Assist with daily routines, play, learning activities, and care
*Help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment
*Work alongside nursery teams to meet EYFS standards
Pay & Hours:*£12.50–£16.75 per hour depending on experience and qualifications
*Flexible hours – ideal for part-time or additional work
Requirements:*Minimum 1 year of Early Years Practitioner experience within the UK (working with ages 0–5)
*Experience working with children aged 0–5 years
*Open to qualified (Level 2/Level 3) and unqualified candidates
*Right to work in the UK
*An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is required (or a willingness to apply for one)
*We require a 5-year reference history; any gaps in employment must be explained
*Certifications: Must hold (or be willing to complete) Paediatric First Aid and Safeguarding Young People certificates
