We’re recruiting on behalf of a successful and growing Northampton-based business that is investing heavily in its digital presence. This newly created role offers the opportunity to take ownership of the company’s websites, ecommerce activity and digital content, helping shape the future of its online offering.

The RoleAs Digital Content & Website Designer, you’ll play a key role in managing, developing and enhancing the company’s digital presence. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the websites remain engaging, up to date and commercially effective, while creating content that supports customer engagement and business growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Managing, maintaining and developing the company’s WordPress websites
*Designing and building new web pages using Elementor
*Improving the online customer journey and supporting ecommerce performance
*Creating engaging website content, landing pages and digital assets
*Producing banners, promotional graphics and online marketing content
*Creating video and e-learning content to support customers and internal teams
*Supporting email marketing campaigns and digital communications
*Monitoring website performance and recommending ongoing improvements
*Working collaboratively with colleagues across the business on a variety of exciting digital projects
About YouYou’ll already have experience managing websites and creating engaging digital content, with a good understanding of how great design can enhance the customer experience and support commercial success.
We’re particularly interested in hearing from people with experience of:
*Designing, building and maintaining WordPress websites
*Using Elementor (or similar website builders)
*Creating engaging digital content for websites
*Producing video or e-learning content
*Supporting ecommerce websites and improving online customer journeys
*Managing multiple projects and delivering work to deadlines
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, email marketing platforms or wider digital marketing activities would be advantageous, but isn’t essential.
