Full job descriptionWe have a fantastic opportunity for an Independent Financial Adviser to join our clients firm based in London. This organisation is recognised as one of the UK’s largest Chartered Financial Planning firms and provides clients with independent, whole-of-market advice and delivers tailored, evidence-based financial solutions. The firm offers a comprehensive suite of services, including retirement planning, wealth management, protection, and investment management, and oversees annual mortgage lending of approximately £2.5 billion. This position presents an exceptional opportunity to join a growing and ambitious organisation that provides clear pathways for professional advancement.


Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrating a strong entrepreneurial approach and proactively developing and expanding a client portfolio with organisational support, ensuring client records are maintained accurately to allow for appropriate and compliant recommendations.
- Providing ongoing financial advice in accordance with all regulatory requirements.
- Conducting thorough research and analysis to identify suitable financial solutions aligned with clients’ needs.
- Gathering, evaluating, and documenting all necessary information to deliver advice in accordance with organisational standards.
- Generating new business opportunities through referrals and professional networks.
- Collaborating effectively with colleagues to uphold the organisation’s values, standards, and culture.
- Engaging fully with the development support provided to enhance professional knowledge and capability.
