Role Overview for the Property Manager
*Managing a residential AST portfolio across Hertfordshire and Essex.
*Acting as key contact for landlords and tenants.
*Coordinating property repairs with local contractors.
*Conducting site inspections, check-ins, and deposit settlements.
*Handling tenancy renewals, rent reviews, and safety compliance.
*Managing property turnarounds to minimize void periods.
Essential Requirements for the Property Manager
*Solid experience as a Property Manager handling AST portfolios.
*Must live locally in or near Bishop’s Stortford.
*Strong working knowledge of UK lettings legislation.
*Excellent communication and dispute-resolution skills.
*Highly organised with strong multitasking abilities.
*Proven negotiation skills and a customer-focused approach.
