The RoleAs a Nursery Practitioner, you’ll become part of supportive teams where no two days are the same. You’ll help deliver activities aligned with the EYFS Framework and contribute to creating a safe, caring and stimulating space for every child. Your role will be vital in supporting each child’s social, emotional and educational journey during their important early years.


Responsibilities*Deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS Framework
*Support children’s development across all areas
*Maintain a safe and stimulating environment
*Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents
*Observe and celebrate children’s achievements


Skills and Experience*Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
*Previous experience working as a Nursery Practitioner
*Paediatric First Aid qualification (desirable)
*Enhanced Child DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
*Ability to provide references covering the previous 24 months


Location and Package*Location: Sutton Coldfield
*Contract position starting from 1 September 2026
*Pay: £14.24 per hour
