The RoleThis position is ideal for a calm and resilient SEN Teaching Assistant who enjoys helping pupils overcome barriers to learning. You will play a vital role in fostering positive behaviour and engagement throughout the school day and encouraging confidence and emotional development among pupils.
Role Responsibilities*Supporting pupils as a SEN Teaching Assistant
*Delivering behaviour and learning interventions
*Building positive, consistent relationships with pupils
*Collaborating with teaching staff to support learning
*Encouraging confidence and emotional development
Job Requirements*Minimum 6 months’ experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant
*Experience supporting pupils with SEMH or challenging behaviour
*Enhanced Child or Child & Adult DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
*Ability to provide references covering the previous 24 months
Location and PackageThis role is based in Sutton Coldfield, offering £95.00 - £109.25 per day. The contract starts on 1st September 2026.
