I am recruiting three experienced Customer Service Executives to join a growing, friendly and supportive team at an established company based in Stratford-upon-Avon.
Do you enjoy solving problems, building great customer relationships and using your analytical skills to make a real difference then read on.

What you’ll be doing
Every day is different, but your responsibilities will include:
*Delivering exceptional customer service by phone and email.
*Managing customer enquiries efficiently and professionally.
*Investigating issues and providing timely, accurate solutions.
*Analysing customer data to identify trends and support business decisions.
*Producing reports and working confidently with Microsoft Excel.
*Building strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
*Ensuring customer records are accurate and up to date.
*Supporting continuous improvements to customer processes and service.
What we’re looking for
We’re keen to speak with candidates who have:
* Previous experience in a customer service or customer support role.
* Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including working with data and reports.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
* A proactive approach with excellent attention to detail.
* The ability to prioritise a busy workload and work both independently and as part of a team.
