About the Role


We are currently recruiting for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join a busy and supportive team. This is a varied role that requires excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on delivering first-class customer service.


The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, processing orders, resolving issues, and ensuring customers receive a seamless experience from order placement through to delivery.


This role would suit someone who is confident communicating with customers, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in finding solutions and delivering outstanding service.


Key Responsibilities
*Deliver exceptional customer service to customers, suppliers, and colleagues at all times.
*Respond to customer enquiries via telephone and email, taking ownership of queries through to resolution.
*Investigate and resolve issues relating to customer orders and deliveries.
*Provide timely updates to customers and internal teams, ensuring all parties are kept informed throughout the process.
*Escalate unresolved issues or complaints where appropriate.
*Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
*Support retailers with the use of the portal.
*Process order returns and manage associated administration.
*Apply amendments, cancellations, and discounts within internal systems.
*Identify and proactively resolve potential order processing issues.
*Liaise with factories and logistics partners to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment.
*Provide general administrative support to the wider business.
*Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure an excellent customer experience.


About You

Skills & Experience
*Previous customer service or customer support experience.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
*Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
*Confident handling customer enquiries and resolving issues.
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
*Proactive approach with excellent problem-solving skills.
*Ability to work independently and use initiative.
*Positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
*Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.
*Good IT skills and experience using customer management or order processing systems.
