Basic Salary: £38,600
OTE: £60,000+
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm (no weekends)

Job Role & Responsibilities*Managing the day-to-day operations of the branch
*Leading, motivating and developing an experienced sales team
*Conducting regular training and coaching to maximize performance
*Generating valuations and winning new instructions
*Ensuring the smooth and efficient running of both offices
*Driving sales performance and achieving branch targets
*Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
*Building strong relationships with vendors, buyers and prospective clients
*Maintaining compliance with industry regulations and company procedures
Skills & Experience Required*Previous experience as a Branch Manager, Valuer or Senior Sales Manager within estate agency
*Strong track record of winning instructions and driving sales performance
*Experience managing, mentoring and developing a successful team
*Commercially minded with excellent leadership skills
*Professional, confident and highly organized
*Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
*Full UK driving license
Hours & Benefits*£38,600 basic salary
*Uncapped OTE of £60,000+
