Full job descriptionAre you a highly organised, proactive and professional Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment?
We have an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant to the Regional Director of Student Support to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a home-based role offering flexibility while supporting colleagues across our UK campuses. Please note that the role will require ad hoc travel and overnight stays across all 23 OneSchool Global UK campuses, as well as attendance at meetings and events as required.
Supporting the Regional Director of Student Support, you’ll provide high-level executive and administrative support across a diverse portfolio of projects, meetings and strategic initiatives. You’ll also provide administrative support to the Regional SENDCo team, helping to coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, audits, reporting and key student support processes across the organisation.
This is a varied and rewarding role requiring exceptional attention to detail, outstanding organisational skills and the ability to handle highly confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
About You
You will:
*Have previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or Senior Administrator
*Be highly organised and able to manage competing priorities effectively
*Have excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to work
*Be confident working with confidential and sensitive information
*Have strong written and verbal communication skills
*Be able to build positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
*Be confident using Microsoft Office and digital collaboration platforms
*Have excellent diary, meeting and project coordination skills
*Be able to work independently while supporting a wider team
*Be adaptable, professional and committed to delivering high-quality support
Desirable
*Experience working within the education sector
*Experience supporting SEND or student support functions
*Knowledge of Smartsheets, Provision Map or similar systems
*Experience supporting senior leaders within a complex organisation
Key Responsibilities
*Provide confidential executive support to the Regional Director of Student Support
*Manage complex diaries, meetings, travel arrangements and accommodation bookings
*Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence and meeting documentation
*Organise meetings, produce agendas and take accurate minutes and action notes
*Support legal, regional and strategic projects through effective administration and project coordination
*Produce weekly reports and updates for senior leadership teams
*Monitor and maintain student support trackers, action plans and reporting systems
*Coordinate Student Support Audit visits, follow-up actions and reporting
*Act as Workflow Manager, ensuring approvals and processes are completed within required timescales
*Attend key meetings, including EHCP and external stakeholder meetings, taking minutes and tracking actions
*Maintain training records and support compliance monitoring within Student Support
*Provide administrative support to the Regional SENDCO team, including travel coordination and reporting activities
*Support event planning and wider administration activities across the Education team
