The OpportunityWorking alongside experienced Clinical Negligence specialists, you will:
*Manage your own caseload of clinical negligence matters with appropriate supervision.

*Assist on complex and high-value claims.

*Build strong relationships with clients, medical experts and counsel.

*Draft legal documents and prepare cases through to settlement or trial where appropriate.

*Deliver clear, empathetic advice to clients throughout the litigation process.

*Play a key role in the continued growth of an expanding specialist team.

About YouWe’re keen to speak with solicitors who have:
*Qualified as a Solicitor with 0-2 years PQE.

*Experience in Clinical Negligence, Personal Injury or Civil Litigation, either post-qualification or gained during training.

*Excellent communication and client care skills.

*Strong drafting ability and attention to detail.

*A proactive approach with excellent organisational and time management skills.

*A genuine passion for helping clients through difficult circumstances.
