Full job descriptionThe Business Analyst will gather requirements, improve business processes and help deliver change. The successful candidate must have strong Pensions experience and a proven background in transformation, business change and process improvement.

My client is a leading provider of Trust & Corporate Services supporting private clients, corporate clients, funds, and international structures across multiple jurisdictions.
Description
*Understand current business processes, issues, risks, and improvement opportunities.
*Gather, document, and manage business requirements.
*Create clear outputs such as process maps, user stories, specifications, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios.
*Identify ways to simplify, standardise, automate, or improve processes.
*Work with business teams, technology teams, project managers, and senior stakeholders.
*Support transformation delivery from discovery through to testing, implementation, and adoption.
*Facilitate workshops and meetings to agree requirements and decisions.
*Support User Acceptance Testing, defect management, and business sign-off.
*Provide clear updates on progress, risks, issues, actions, and dependencies.
*Support both Agile and Waterfall delivery approaches where required.
Profile
A successful Business Analyst should have:
*5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst.
*Strong background in Pensions
*Experience delivering transformation, change, or process improvement projects.
*Good understanding of operational processes, controls, risks, and data.
*Experience working with stakeholders across business, operations, technology, and compliance.
*Experience supporting projects through requirements, testing, implementation, and adoption.
Job Offer
*Salary between £50,000 and £60,000, dependent on the level of experience.
*Bonus scheme.
