Location: Banbury
Duration: Permanent
Salary: £29,000 - £31,500
Responsibilities:
• Act as the first point of contact for customer spare parts enquiries via telephone, email and other
communication channels.
• Prepare and progress spare parts quotations for internal and external customers using drawings,
equipment information and part numbers provided.
• Prepare recommended spare parts proposals based on customer requirements and equipment
specifications, following up on quotations and sharing outcomes to support continuous improvement
and customer service.
• Process sales orders, invoices, credit notes and related Intrastat/VAT administration accurately and in a
timely manner.
• Ensure customers receive the correct parts at the correct price and within agreed timescales.
• Advise customers of stock availability, lead times and delivery dates, providing regular updates on order
progress.
• Proactively progress supplier orders and back orders, maintaining regular contact with suppliers to
provide accurate and timely customer feedback.
• Issue order acknowledgements where appropriate.
• Support credit control activities by identifying and reporting account warnings or issues within Sage.
• Progress purchase orders and overdue supplier deliveries on a regular basis.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, delivering a high standard of service and responding
proactively to customer requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments to ensure a consistent and coordinated
customer experience.
