Full job descriptionOur client, an independent vehicle specialist in Lincoln, is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician for their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled technician looking to work in a high-end, specialist environment with a supportive team and attractive benefits.
Benefits of a Vehicle Technician:
*Basic salary up to £43,000 depending on experience
*OTE approximately £50,000 annually
*Yearly attendance bonus
*Monday to Friday working hours, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
*No weekend work required

Duties of a Vehicle Technician:
*Perform all aspects of vehicle repairs and maintenance to main dealer standards
*Use brand-specific diagnostic equipment effectively
*Conduct complex mechanical tasks as required
*Maintain high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
*Work independently and efficiently while adhering to company procedures
*Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold customer satisfaction
Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:
*Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, either time-served, partially qualified, or fully qualified
*Ability to complete a full range of mechanical repairs and diagnostics
*Capable of working in a specialist environment with minimal supervision
*Knowledge of using brand-specific diagnostic equipment
*Strong technical skills and attention to detail
*Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude
