Ideal candidates will have 3+ years’ experience in Customer Success or Account Management, alongside strong communication, relationship-building, and commercial skills.

Description
As a Customer Relationship Manager you will:
*Act as the primary point of contact for customers, building strong relationships and ensuring a positive experience throughout their journey.
*Lead new client onboarding, helping customers successfully implement the platform and become self-sufficient users.
*Drive product adoption by identifying opportunities to increase engagement and maximise the value customers receive from the solution.
*Identify and deliver upselling opportunities, promoting additional products and services that align with customer needs and business goals.
*Proactively manage customer satisfaction and retention by recognising potential churn risks and implementing effective solutions.
*Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery and support long-term customer success.
Profile
*3+ years’ experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role within a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
*Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and manage accounts across the full customer lifecycle, from onboarding to long-term success.
*Strong commercial mindset with experience identifying upsell, cross-sell, and revenue growth opportunities.
*Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and effectively.
*Highly organised and customer-focused, with experience managing multiple accounts while driving retention, satisfaction, and product adoption
Job Offer
*Daily rate of £170 to £185, dependent on the level of experience.
*A temporary position with opportunity to go perm.
*London-based position offering the opportunity to work with a growing client portfolio within an innovative technology business
