Full job descriptionWe are recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Trailer Body Technician in Liverpool. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Trailer Technician to join a reputable organisation recognised as a Great Place to Work. Duties of the Trailer Technician:
*Performing structural and cosmetic repairs on trailers and trucks, including welding, panel replacement, straightening, and finishing
*Restoring vehicles to their best condition ensuring safety and performance standards
*Collaborating within the team to maintain fleet appearance and functionality
*Adhering to safety regulations and quality standards during repairs
*Maintaining accurate records of repairs and reporting work progress
*Supporting a positive team environment and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements of the Trailer Technician:
*Experience as a Welder Fabricator, PCV Technician, HGV Technician, Panel Beater, or Coach Builder
*Proactive attitude with strong attention to detail
*Excellent problem-solving skills and a sense of ownership
*Mechanical experience with trucks, HGVs, or similar vehicles
*Ability to work effectively within a team and follow safety procedures
*Good attitude, strong work ethic, and pride in workmanship
