Full job descriptionWorking for a very good client of ours who have an excellent reputation in their industry!
My clients are looking for someone to cover all areas of Property Management..
The Duties-
- Daily liaison with tenants, landlords and contractors; dealing with questions, repairs, complaints and updates.
- Daily liaison with Lettings team regarding on-going issues
- Daily updating of specified areas of the property management database of all works
- Ensuring contractor compliance with statutory and contractual obligations
- Updating SME with daily maintenance issues and progress
- General correspondence and reports
- Organising quotes for repair/maintenance on behalf of landlords and overseeing works
- Notifying utility companies of start and end of tenancy details
- Processing the check out inventory process, agreeing deposit deductions by negotiation and process through DPS.
- Ensuring that you are up to date on lettings legislation
- Conducting probate inspections
- Weekly fire alarm testing
- Arranging annual gas safety inspections
- Processing contractor invoices through SME
The Person-
- Minimum of 2 years experience, and sound knowledge of Private Rented Sector.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Thrives off of a fast paced environment
- MUST drive with own car
The Benefits
*Hours are Mon-Fri 9-6pm office based
*Parking charges are paid back via monthly expenses
*Holiday allowance is 22.5 days increasing with service
