What You’ll Be Doing*Critical yield calculations
*Writing suitability letters
*Processing pension transfers
*Using an AI powered workflow platform to manage pension transfer and technical tasks
*Providing technical support to advisers across a busy, collaborative practice
What We’re Looking For*1–2 years’ paraplanning experience
*Confident with technical calculations and suitability writing
*Strong attention to detail and a proactive, organised approach
*Someone who enjoys working both independently and within a supportive team
Hybrid Working*1–3 days per week in the office (flexible once trained)
